These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.
To access real-money services on the philbeth Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the philbeth Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material violation of these Terms. philbeth employs technical and manual verification measures to detect multiple accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and all balances forfeited.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activity that occurs under your Account. philbeth recommends using a strong, unique password not shared with any other service. You must notify philbeth immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. philbeth will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to notify us promptly.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal to the registered Player and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.
4.5 Account Verification. philbeth may, at its discretion, require Account verification before permitting deposits, wagers, or withdrawals. Verification may require submission of government-issued Philippine identification (such as a PhilSys ID, SSS ID, Driver's License, or Passport), proof of registered payment method, and proof of residential address.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the philbeth Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). philbeth does not impose foreign exchange fees or currency conversion charges. The balance displayed in your Account wallet reflects your actual PHP balance.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. philbeth currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and major credit and debit cards. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
5.3 Deposit Minimums. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. philbeth does not impose platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification pursuant to Section 4.5 and applicable BSP and PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. philbeth processes GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. As a general rule, philbeth processes withdrawals to the same payment method and account used for deposits, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. philbeth reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request.
5.6 Dormant Account Fees. An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. philbeth reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing advance written notice to the registered email address.
philbeth offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and cashback programs to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses. Promotional offers are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion terms, including minimum deposit requirements, account verification status, and geographic eligibility.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal may be made from the associated balance. Wagering requirements are specified per-promotion and will be communicated clearly at the point of offer. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements prior to a withdrawal request will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. philbeth prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game play risk; colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures; and misrepresenting account details to qualify for promotions. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account suspension.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will automatically expire. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.
6.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw. philbeth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a Player, the terms current at the time of acceptance will apply to that Player's participation in that specific promotion.
7.1 Binding Wagers. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the philbeth system, it is binding and may not be cancelled or modified by the Player. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure all wager details are correct before confirmation.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the philbeth Platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, and Player tier. philbeth reserves the right to modify bet limits without prior notice.
7.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or platform outage that affects the outcome of a wager, philbeth reserves the right to void the affected wagers. Decisions made by philbeth in relation to game malfunctions are final. No liability will be accepted for losses arising from technical failures beyond philbeth's reasonable control.
7.4 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the applicable rules of the relevant sport and competition. In the event of postponement, cancellation, or abandonment of a sporting event, settlement will be determined in accordance with philbeth's sports betting rules as published in the betting rules section of the Platform.
7.5 Incorrect Odds. philbeth reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from system errors or human error. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors are in violation of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the philbeth Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, recovery of any funds paid out in connection with the prohibited conduct, and referral to regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

11.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. philbeth operates games of chance. Participation in any game on the Platform does not guarantee any financial return. All wagering involves risk and Players may lose all deposited funds. philbeth makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of any Player winning.
11.2 Platform Availability. While philbeth endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or due to events beyond philbeth's reasonable control including telecommunications failures, regulatory actions, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
11.3 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philbeth's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. philbeth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.4 Player Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for assessing the legal status of online gaming in their jurisdiction of residence. philbeth accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising in connection with a Player's use of the philbeth Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable BSP and AMLC regulations.
12.2 Jurisdiction. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines to settle any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or the use of the philbeth Platform.
12.3 Dispute Resolution Procedure. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first contact philbeth's customer support team at [email protected] and allow philbeth a period of thirty (30) calendar days to resolve the dispute. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law.
12.4 PAGCOR Complaints. Players who believe that philbeth has failed to comply with its PAGCOR regulatory obligations may submit a complaint to PAGCOR through its official channels. philbeth welcomes regulatory oversight and cooperates fully with all PAGCOR compliance processes.
philbeth reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, philbeth will provide advance notice to registered Players via their registered email address or a prominent notification on the Platform, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect.
For non-material clarifications or corrections, changes may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the philbeth Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance subject to the applicable withdrawal procedures.
